With over two decades of experience, Lakshmi specialises in order processing and fulfilment. Holding a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Lakshmi began with a modest role in documentation and brings deep knowledge in planning, logistics, and customer liaison, interfacing closely between production facilities and clients to ensure seamless and timely delivery.

In her current role, Lakshmi oversees all aspects of order processing, setting priorities, and aligning production schedules with client requirements. She works closely with the production planning and dispatch teams to facilitate smooth operations and maintain high standards in customer service.

With a leadership style that combines hands-on involvement, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration, Lakshmi strives to cultivate a reliable, time-bound team. Her vision is to make the function the most dependable and customer-focused within the organisation. She emphasises cross-departmental coordination and proactive follow-ups with production, logistics, and sales teams to align operations with business objectives.  She was recognised with the Integrity Award in 2022 and a Long Service Award in 2024, valued for her commitment to the company and the industry.

Lakshmi’s focus on digital transformation includes leveraging real-time analytics and automation to boost efficiency. She stays connected with clients on social media platforms and engages in regular calls to stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative practices.

Outside of work, Lakshmi is passionate about travelling and fitness.
