Employee Welfare and Empowerment

We invest in skill-building programs, provide career advancement opportunities, and support their families’ educational aspirations. Community Support
We believe in making a tangible difference in the lives of our communities. Rather than just financial aid, we address real needs. In rural areas near our factories and quarries, where water scarcity is a major issue, we ensure a regular supply of clean drinking water. Additionally, we distribute essential resources such as mosquito nets, hospital generators, and school supplies to improve the overall well-being of these communities. Our efforts aim to create a sustainable impact on the daily lives of those we support.
Educational Initiatives
Understanding that education is a powerful tool for empowerment, we have partnered with leading associations to ensure access to quality learning. Through our collaboration with Rocket Learning, we help transform early childhood education in underserved communities by leveraging technology to promote play-based learning. This initiative has already reached 3.2 million children across 10 states in India.
We proudly support the Akanksha Foundation, which provides holistic education to children from underprivileged backgrounds. Their schools in Nagpur serve over 1,600 students, equipping them with academic knowledge, socio-emotional skills, and values needed for a brighter future. By fostering educational opportunities, we help break the cycle of poverty and create pathways for long-term success.
Community Development
We proudly supported Light of Life Trust’s Anando program, which helps government school students from classes VIII to X complete secondary education and build confidence, life skills, and employability. We reached students across Makredi, Garrda, and Bijolia in Rajasthan, benefiting over 850 students between 2019 and 2022. During the COViD-19 pandemic, the program provided relief to nearly 200 families. In 2022, the initiative operated across 3 centres and 4 schools. 54% of beneficiaries were girls, underscoring a strong commitment to inclusive education and community development.
We partnered with PraveenLata Sansthan’s Spotless Dame program to promote menstrual hygiene awareness among adolescent girls and women in rural Rajasthan. Between 2019 and 2021, the initiative impacted over 2,100 beneficiaries through hygiene training, dignity kit distribution, and livelihood support. In 2021, the program reached 350 direct and over 400 indirect beneficiaries in Garda village. It also created employment opportunities for women manufacturing MeraPad products.
Sustainable Social Impact

We support programs that promote basic hygiene awareness, prevent school dropouts, and improve healthcare access, particularly for migrant labourers and marginalised communities. By collaborating with reputable organisations, we ensure our efforts create meaningful, lasting change.
