Over the past six years, Roshan has focused extensively on logistics within the stone manufacturing sector, managing the exports of natural stone products. He has a good understanding of the unique handling, packing, and transportation needs of heavy and fragile stone cargoes — ensuring products reach clients safely and on schedule.

Beginning his career as a Logistics Coordinator, Roshan progressed through key roles including Export Assistant Manager, gaining comprehensive expertise in freight management, customer relations, and process optimisation. Today, as the department head, his team coordinates international and domestic shipments, ensures compliance with customs and trade regulations, and manages carrier relationships and freight negotiations.

Armed with a Master’s degree and an MBA in Supply Chain Management, Roshan combines academic excellence with practical industry knowledge to drive innovation and operational precision within Stonestry’s logistics function.
