As Head of Production, Sukhchain ensures optimal output with minimal waste. He has reduced production losses to less than 1% through innovative low-cost automation solutions and enhanced productivity. His primary focus is efficient workflows, maintaining quality standards, and meeting deadlines while controlling costs, reducing dependency on manpower, and improving efficiency.

Under TUV-certified quality management systems, Sukhchain adopts stage-wise and process inspections to ensure consistent product quality. He emphasizes safety and sustainability through comprehensive training for all workforce levels, continuous updates to machinery and software, predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to reduce breakdowns and sustainable practices such as water recycling and rainwater harvesting.

Sukhchain oversees a team of 250 personnel and promotes a balanced approach to authority, discipline, and empathy. He underlines continuous training, skill development, and problem-solving to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce.
