For this digital campus, a total of 1,500 m² of Two Tone was supplied as part of an innovative public realm project supporting the town’s vision of becoming a leading digital hub in the UK. The scheme features a palette combining sanded and blaze finishes to define pathways and open areas, creating visual contrast while maintaining cohesion across the landscape.

Designed as part of a dedicated investment zone, the development integrates upgraded walkways, natural gardens, and public spaces, with materials selected for durability, safety, and long-term performance in a high-traffic urban environment.
